Our Appointment Promise — and Yours Every appointment at Perfectly Pretty is reserved exclusively for you. That means the moment you book, your spot is held, your provider prepares, and another client steps aside for your time. We take that seriously — and we ask that you do too. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. 48–24 hours' notice: 50% of your service total Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of your service total No-show: 100% of your service total Running Late? Please let us know if you're on your way. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there isn't enough time to complete your service safely — and the full cancellation fee will apply. We never want to rush your experience. Booked Within 24 Hours? If you book same-day or within 24 hours, please cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment to avoid a 100% fee. Multiple Services Appointments with multiple services reserved the same block require extra planning time on our end. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice on these appointments may be charged 100% of the total. Promotions & Gift Certificates Cancellation fees are charged at full retail value. Discounts, promotions, memberships, gift certificates, and coupons cannot be applied toward fees. We're a small, appointment-only team — and your time matters as much as ours.
